Please read these terms carefully. By completing your subscription you agree to follow the rules below for all access, payments, and participation in The Code.

- By subscribing to The Code by Marck & Melyssa you agree to these terms, our privacy guidelines, and any updates posted here.
- Use a valid email that you access regularly; all confirmations and materials will be sent to it.
- Payments are processed via Wise or the designated checkout provider.
- Your spot and course access are confirmed only after payment confirmation is received by us.
- When paying through Wise, you must enter the exact amount for your selected plan; enrollment is valid only if the payment matches the required value.
- If you choose a split/instalment option, you are fully responsible for completing the second payment within 30 days using the same payment link.
- Access is released only after payment confirmation and when the course goes live (currently scheduled for February).
- Course content is for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or reselling is not permitted.
- Live sessions may be recorded for students; attendance links are personal and non-transferable.

- Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, all sales are final.
- Refund requests, when eligible, must be made within 10 days of purchase and only through official channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or the support email).
- If a legal right to a refund applies in your region, contact us at the official support channel with proof of purchase.
- Respectful behavior is required in live sessions, community spaces, and any interaction with the team.
- We may suspend or remove access for harassment, abuse, or violations of these terms without refund.
- Live classes focus strictly on course topics—preferably the monthly theme—and are not a space for unrelated discussions.
- Mentorship sessions happen in the last week of each month, after all lessons for that module have been released.
- Exact day and time are announced in the first week of each month.
- We may update these terms to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or product changes.
- Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. The latest version is always published on this page.
